Dell Latitude E5570 15.6" FHD Laptop

The Dell Latitude E5570 is a 15.6-inch laptop with a 1920 x 1080 FHD non-touch display. It runs on an Intel Core i5-6300U dual-core processor with a base frequency of 2.40 GHz and a turbo frequency of 3.00 GHz. The system includes 16GB of DDR3 memory and a new 1TB 2.5-inch SATA SSD. No operating system is installed.

Suitable for general office work and students

This configuration suits users who need a ready-to-use portable computer for documents, web browsing and video playback with ample solid-state storage. The 16GB memory cap means it is not for buyers who want more RAM than the installed amount. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 makes it unsuitable for buyers who need discrete graphics performance for modern gaming or intensive 3D rendering.

Maximum memory fixed at 16GB DDR3

The laptop supports a maximum of 16GB across two DDR3 slots, and this unit already populates that limit. No further memory upgrades are possible, so the installed capacity is permanent. Buyers planning to expand RAM later should look at a different platform.

Questions about this item

How much power does the Core i5-6300U draw under sustained load?

The dual-core i5-6300U runs at 2.40 GHz with a 3.00 GHz turbo, so typical sustained power stays within its low 15 W envelope, keeping fan noise modest during all-day use.

Which operating system must I supply because the laptop ships without one?

The unit arrives with no operating system installed, so you will need to provide your own Windows or Linux licence and installation media before first boot.

Can I keep my existing DDR3 SODIMMs when the board already holds 16 GB across two slots?

The system ships with 16 GB of DDR3 filling both memory slots, which matches the 16 GB maximum, so any extra DDR3 modules you own would have no free socket to occupy.
