DELL Latitude E5570 i7-6600U business laptop

The DELL Latitude E5570 is a 15.6 inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-6600U processor running at 2.60 GHz with a turbo frequency of 3.40 GHz. It comes with 8GB of DDR3 memory and a new 1TB SSD. The system ships without an operating system, so the buyer must provide their own Windows or Linux installation.

1TB SATA SSD and 8GB DDR3 memory capacity

The 1TB 2.5 inch SATA SSD provides substantial storage space for documents, applications and media files. The 8GB of DDR3 RAM handles typical office multitasking and web browsing comfortably. Memory can be expanded to a maximum of 16 GB across two slots if heavier workloads demand more headroom. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 520 drives the 1920 x 1080 FHD display for everyday visual tasks.

No operating system and included webcam

Because no operating system is pre-installed, the laptop arrives ready for a clean Windows or Linux setup without bloatware. The integrated webcam supports video conferencing out of the box. Bluetooth connectivity is also present for pairing peripherals such as mice, keyboards or headsets.

Questions about this item

Will my existing 2.5" SATA drives work in the Latitude E5570's drive bay?

Yes, the laptop uses a 2.5" SATA interface for its 1TB SSD, so any standard 2.5" SATA hard drive or SSD will fit and function correctly.

How can I verify the Intel Core i7-6600U is reaching its 3.40 GHz turbo frequency under load?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or a hardware monitoring tool while running a demanding task; the CPU clock speed should climb toward 3.40 GHz when thermal headroom allows.

Does the box include a Windows licence or recovery media for the Latitude E5570?

No operating system or recovery media is supplied; you must provide your own Windows licence or alternative OS installation media.
