Compact business laptop with 16 GB DDR3

The Dell Latitude E7250 is a 12.5 inch laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-5300U dual-core processor running at 2.3 GHz. It ships with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 128 GB mSATA SSD. The 1366 x 768 non-touch display and integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 suit office applications and travel use. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed.

Limits of integrated graphics and fixed memory

The Intel HD Graphics 5500 handles desktop video and light multimedia but is not suited to 3D rendering or modern gaming workloads. System memory is capped at 16 GB with no expansion headroom, so heavy multitasking or virtual machines may hit the ceiling. The 128 GB mSATA SSD offers fast boot times yet fills quickly with large media libraries or local databases.

Straightforward setup with soldered RAM constraint

The laptop arrives ready to run with charger and battery included; Windows 10 configures drivers automatically on first boot. HDMI and mini DisplayPort connect external monitors without adapters. The 16 GB DDR3 is soldered to the board, preventing any memory upgrade, and the single mSATA slot limits storage expansion to one drive.
