Ultrabook for mobile professionals

The Dell Latitude E7450 is a 14.0 inch Ultrabook built around an Intel Core i5-5300U processor running at 2.30GHz. It ships with 8GB of DDR3L memory and a 128GB solid-state drive. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is pre-installed, making it ready for managed business environments.

Step up from slower storage or less memory

Replacing a hard-drive laptop with this SSD-equipped unit cuts boot and application load times dramatically. The jump is worth it when daily workflows involve multiple browser tabs, Office documents and VPN sessions that exceed 4GB of RAM. Buyers who need more storage or a higher-resolution display should look elsewhere.

Simple setup with tested power included

A genuine Dell AC adapter is included and has been verified, so first boot requires only plugging in and accepting the Windows licence. The battery has been tested in the unit, though capacity will reflect the laptop's age. The 1366 x 768 non-touch screen offers no colour-critical accuracy, and the Intel HD Graphics cannot drive modern 3D workloads.
