Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Intel Core i7-6600U is running at its 3.40 GHz turbo frequency after setup?

Open Task Manager in Windows or use a hardware monitoring tool to watch the CPU clock speed under load; it should reach 3.40 GHz when thermal headroom allows.

What is included with the Latitude E7470 and what must I source separately?

The unit ships with 16GB DDR4 memory, a NEW 2TB 2.5" SATA SSD, 14.0" HD 1366 x 768 display, Intel HD Graphics 520, webcam and Bluetooth; you must provide your own operating system.

Is the 16GB DDR4 configuration the maximum this E7470 can accept?

Yes, the two memory slots support a combined maximum of 16 GB, so the installed 16GB DDR4 already reaches the limit.
