The unit replaces a worn or damaged top case section without requiring a full chassis swap.

Install this assembly when the existing touchpad fails to track, the power button sticks, or the palmrest surface is physically broken. Questions about this item

Will the 6K060 palmrest align with the Dell Latitude X200 chassis screw holes?

The 6K060 is built to the Dell Latitude X200 form factor, so its mounting points match the original chassis.

What is the correct way to seat the power-button plastic during installation?

Slide the power-button plastic into its guide before tightening the palmrest screws; forcing it after the board is down cracks the actuator.
