Genuine Dell Latitude XT Bezel

This genuine Dell replacement bezel fits the 12.1" CCFL LCD assembly on the Latitude XT tablet notebook. It restores the front trim that protects the display edges and the CCFL backlight components. The part carries Dell number YR364 and is supplied new. Buyers must confirm their system uses CCFL backlighting before ordering.

Replaces Cracked or Missing CCFL Trim

This bezel replaces a damaged, cracked or lost front cover on Latitude XT models equipped with CCFL backlit screens only. The upgrade is worth it when the original plastic has shattered or the latch tabs have broken, leaving the LCD exposed. It does not fit LED-backlit variants, so verifying the backlight type is essential before purchase.

For Latitude XT Owners with CCFL Screens

This part suits owners of the Latitude XT tablet notebook who have confirmed their display uses CCFL backlighting and need a factory-original front bezel. It is not for users with LED-backlit XT models, nor for other Dell tablet or laptop lines. Anyone uncertain about their backlight type should seek assistance before buying.

Questions about this item

Will the YR364 bezel fit a Dell Latitude XT with a 12.1" CCFL display?

Yes, the YR364 is a genuine Dell front trim cover bezel designed specifically for Latitude XT tablet systems equipped with 12.1" CCFL backlit LCD assemblies.

How do I install the replacement bezel on the Latitude XT?

Remove the screw covers and screws around the LCD panel, gently pry the old bezel away from the lid assembly, then snap the new bezel into place and refasten the screws.

What should I check if the bezel does not align correctly after fitting?

Verify that your Latitude XT uses CCFL backlighting rather than LED, as the YR364 is compatible only with CCFL models; the other bezel variant is required for LED systems.
