Refurbished 16-inch laptop for everyday work

This Dell 16 laptop ships in Grade A refurbished condition with a carbon-black chassis. An AMD Ryzen 7 250 eight-core processor runs at 3.30 GHz and boosts to 5.10 GHz. 32 GB of DDR5 5600 memory and a 2 TB NVMe SSD provide fast storage. The 16.0" FHD+ touchscreen resolves 1920 x 1200 at 300 nits. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed.

Touchscreen and wireless extras

The 16:10 IPS panel supports ten-point touch input and an anti-glare coating. A Realtek RTL8852CE Wi-Fi 6E card delivers 2x2 802.11 ax connectivity alongside Bluetooth. AMD Radeon graphics use shared system memory for video output. No mechanical hard drive is fitted, keeping the storage path entirely solid-state.

32 GB memory and 2 TB headroom

The 32 GB DDR5 5600 configuration handles heavy multitasking and large project files without paging. Two terabytes of NVMe capacity store extensive media libraries and virtual machines. Integrated Radeon graphics suit productivity and light creative tasks but lack dedicated video memory for sustained 3D workloads. Memory is not user-expandable beyond the factory 32 GB.

Questions about this item

Can the 32 GB DDR5 5600 memory be upgraded later?

The 32 GB DDR5 5600 memory is soldered to the board and cannot be upgraded or replaced by the user.

What thermal limit appears first when the AMD Ryzen 7 250 runs at 5.1 GHz boost for extended periods?

The processor will hit its thermal throttle point before the 300-nit display or the shared Radeon graphics become the bottleneck.

How loud does the cooling fan get and how hot does the chassis feel during an all-day workload?

Under continuous load the fan spins up to an audible but not intrusive level while the carbon-black chassis stays warm to the touch rather than hot.
