Dell Latitude 5420 Refurbished Business Laptop

This Dell Latitude 5420 is a refurbished 14.0-inch business laptop running Windows 11 Pro. It uses an Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor with 16GB of memory and a 256GB SSD. The FHD display shows 1920 x 1080 resolution. It includes Bluetooth 5.0, Thunderbolt ports, HDMI 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1, a uSD 4.0 card reader and a wedge-shaped lock slot. A power adapter is supplied.

Suits Mobile Professionals Needing Ports

The compact 14.0-inch chassis and Thunderbolt connectivity suit professionals who dock at a desk and travel light. Buyers who want more storage than 256GB or who need a dedicated graphics processor for heavy 3D work should look elsewhere. The 16GB memory is soldered, so future upgrades are not possible. The refurbished condition means cosmetic wear may be present.

Simple Setup With Standard Accessories

Setup is straightforward: connect the included power adapter, press the power button and follow the Windows 11 Pro out-of-box experience. Driver installation is handled automatically by Windows Update. The only common issue is ensuring the Thunderbolt firmware is current for full peripheral compatibility. The wedge-shaped lock slot accepts standard cable locks for physical security.
