Refurbished mobile workstation for professionals

This Dell Precision 7520 is a refurbished Grade B unit built for professional workloads. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit installed and ready to use. The 15.6-inch non-touch display delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution in a standard form factor. Cosmetic wear includes possible dents, scuffs or a shiny keyboard as described for this grade.

Suits CAD and engineering tasks.

The NVIDIA Quadro M2200 with 4GB video memory supports certified drivers for CAD, 3D modelling and ISV applications. Quad-core Intel Core i7-7820HQ and 32GB memory handle multi-threaded engineering software smoothly. Buyers needing newer GPU architectures for current game titles or AI acceleration should look elsewhere. The Grade B condition also makes it unsuitable for buyers requiring pristine cosmetics.

512GB SSD and 32GB RAM decide fit

A 512GB solid-state drive provides the primary storage capacity for the operating system and active project files. The 32GB system memory is the fixed upper limit for dataset size and concurrent virtual machines. If your workflow demands more local storage or memory headroom, this configuration will not meet the requirement.

Questions about this item

What operating system must already be licensed if I plan to reinstall Windows on this Precision 7520?

The laptop ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit pre-installed, so a valid Windows 10 Pro licence is required for a clean reinstall.

Will my existing USB-A peripherals work directly with the 7520's ports?

Yes, the Precision 7520 includes standard USB-A ports, so current USB-A mice, keyboards and drives connect without adapters.

How can I verify the NVIDIA Quadro M2200 is active after setup?

Open Device Manager or the NVIDIA Control Panel; the Quadro M2200 with 4 GB video memory should be listed as the dedicated graphics adapter.
