Server Board for PowerEdge 2800 and 2850

The Dell Nj022 server board uses the Intel E7520 chipset to support dual Xeon processors. It is designed as a direct replacement for the original mainboards in PowerEdge 2800 and 2850 servers. This component suits administrators restoring or maintaining these specific legacy systems. It is not for builders assembling new platforms or buyers needing modern memory or storage interfaces.

Passive Thermal Design for Rack Chassis

The board relies on the PowerEdge 2800 or 2850 chassis fans for airflow across its voltage regulators and chipset heatsinks. It draws power through the server's native backplane connectors and produces no noise of its own. Thermal performance depends entirely on the original system's cooling configuration and intake air temperature. Power consumption scales with the installed Xeon processors and memory population.
