Dell OptiPlex SFF i7-6700 Gaming Desktop

This compact Dell OptiPlex small form factor system pairs a 6th generation Intel Core i7-6700 processor with a dedicated AMD Radeon RX 550 graphics card. It targets buyers who want a space-saving Windows 10 Pro tower capable of entry-level gaming and everyday multitasking without a full-size case.

New Keyboard Mouse WiFi Windows 10 Pro Bundle

The package includes a wired keyboard and mouse so the PC is ready to use immediately. Built-in Wi-Fi removes the need for a separate network adapter, and the pre-installed Windows 10 Professional licence lets you join domains and use BitLocker without purchasing an OS separately.

16GB DDR4 1TB SSD Radeon RX 550 4GB Capacity

Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a one terabyte solid-state drive provide quick boot times and room for a modest game library. The Radeon RX 550 with four gigabytes of DDR5 video memory handles older titles and esports games at 1080p, but struggles with modern AAA releases at high settings. Memory can be expanded up to sixty-four gigabytes if workloads demand more headroom.

Questions about this item

Can I upgrade the 16GB DDR4 memory past 64GB later?

The motherboard supports up to 64GB total DDR4, so the 16GB installed today can be expanded within that limit using standard DDR4 modules.

Will the AMD Radeon RX 550 4GB throttle first under long gaming sessions?

The RX 550 4GB graphics card is the component most likely to hit its thermal or power ceiling before the CPU during sustained heavy loads.

How loud and hot does the small-form-factor chassis get when running all day?

The compact Dell OptiPlex SFF case relies on smaller fans that spin faster under load, so expect noticeable fan noise and warm exhaust after extended use.
