Dense compute blade for modular chassis

The Dell PowerEdge MX760C is a half-width blade server built for high-density workloads. It delivers two Intel Gold 6526Y processors at 2.8 GHz with 16 cores each and 37.5 MB cache, plus 128 GB of DDR4 memory across eight 16 GB PC5-5600 modules.

Suited for scale-out clusters, not standalone towers

This blade targets datacentres running virtualisation, container platforms or HPC grids that can populate a shared MX enclosure with power, cooling and fabric modules. Buyers who need a self-contained rack server with integrated networking and storage bays should look at a full-width rackmount system instead.

Six SATA SSDs behind an H755 MX controller

Storage consists of six 480 GB SATA SSDs managed by the H755 MX RAID controller in the six 2.5-inch drive bays. Network connectivity is provided by a single MX Marvell FastLinQ 41262 mezzanine card with dual 25 Gb CNA ports, while remote management uses iDRAC9 Express.
