Half-Width Rack Blade

The Dell PowerEdge MX760C is a half-width rack blade server built for dense compute environments. It ships with dual Intel Gold 6526Y processors, each running at 2.8 GHz with 16 cores and 37.5 MB cache. Memory totals 128 GB of DDR4 across eight 16 GB modules rated at PC5-5600. Storage starts with two 2.4 TB 10K SAS drives managed by an H755 MX controller in a chassis that supports up to six 2.5-inch bays.

Modular Fabric Ready

This blade suits operators who need redundant fabric switching across Fabrics A, B and C and 25 Gb connectivity via the Marvell FastLinQ 41262 mezzanine card. Remote management is handled by iDRAC9 Express. Buyers who require an internal optical drive or pre-installed fabric switches should look elsewhere, as neither is included.

H755 MX RAID Controller

The single specification that decides fit is the H755 MX storage controller, which governs RAID levels and drive support for the installed SAS drives. Confirm that this controller matches your virtualisation or database requirements before deployment.
