2U rack server with single 10-core Xeon at 2.3 GHz, 192 GB DDR4, H330 RAID controller and dual 750 W redundant power
Installed Memory Size 192GB
HDD None
CPU Model E5-2650 V3
This 2U rack server ships with a single Intel Xeon E5-2650 v3 ten-core processor running at 2.3GHz and 192GB of DDR4 memory across twelve DIMM slots. It includes a Dell PERC H330 controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and 60 across eight hot-plug 3.5-inch drive bays. Dual 750W redundant power supplies and iDRAC8 remote management come standard.
The installed 192GB DDR4 configuration hits the processor-supported maximum, so workloads requiring more than 192GB per CPU cannot expand without a processor upgrade. Buyers needing GPU compute or more than five PCIe slots should evaluate other platforms. The Matrox G200 graphics and four 1GbE ports limit high-speed networking or display-heavy roles.
Storage capacity is defined by the eight 3.5-inch hot-plug bays and the H330 controller’s RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and 60 support, allowing up to 80TB of raw SAS or SATA storage. This drive-bay count and RAID flexibility determine how much local data the server can hold and protect.

Other versions of this model
Check the front-panel power-supply LEDs; both should show steady green. In iDRAC8 Express, open the Power Supply view to confirm each 750W unit reports “Online” and shares load.
Included: chassis, single E5-2650 v3 10-core 2.3GHz processor, 192GB DDR4 across 12 DIMM slots, H330 RAID controller, DVD-ROM, two 750W redundant PSUs, power cable, iDRAC8 Express. Not included: 3.5" SAS or SATA drives (up to 8 bays), OS, rail kit, bezel, additional CPU, vFlash media.
The system ships at the 192GB DDR4 limit for a single E5-2650 v3; adding a second processor would raise the ceiling to 384GB, but no larger DIMMs than 32GB are supported.
