The Dell PowerEdge R730 is a 2U rack-mount server equipped with two Intel Xeon E5-2630 v3 processors running at 2.4GHz. It ships with 512GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory and supports a maximum of 768GB. The 8-bay 3.5-inch chassis uses a PERC H730 SAS controller for SATA drives.
