DELL PowerEdge R760 24×2.5" low-power barebone server

Low-power barebone with 24 drive bays

The Dell PowerEdge R760 is a rack-mount barebone server designed for low-power configurations. It provides 24 front-accessible 2.5-inch drive bays and an empty chassis ready for custom assembly. No CPU, memory, storage, expansion cards or power supply are included. This unit suits integrators building a storage-dense platform from scratch.

For custom builds, not turnkey deployments

Organisations that want full control over processor choice, memory population and storage layout will benefit from the empty chassis. Buyers who need a ready-to-run server with CPUs, memory, drives and power supplies already installed should look at a configured model instead.

LGA 3647 socket defines processor compatibility

The motherboard uses an LGA 3647 socket, so only processors designed for that socket will fit. Selecting a compatible CPU is the first step before any other component can be chosen.
