2U rack server with 16 hot-swap 2.5-inch bays, dual 16-core Xeon Gold 6426Y CPUs, 32GB DDR5-4800 ECC memory, H965i RAID controller with 8GB NV cache, quad-port 1GbE OCP 3.0 networking.
The Dell PowerEdge R760 is a 2U rack server equipped with two Intel Xeon Gold 6426Y processors, each running at 2.5 GHz with a 4.1 GHz turbo frequency. Sixteen cores per processor deliver thirty-two cores total for virtualization, AI inference, database and high-performance computing workloads. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR5-4800 ECC registered memory is installed across two modules.
Sixteen 2.5-inch hot-swap bays accept SAS, SATA and NVMe drives, while eight trays are included for immediate deployment. The PERC H965i controller with 8 GB NV cache supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 for flexible data protection. Memory scales to 8 TB across thirty-two DDR5 slots when workloads demand more capacity.
Dual 1400 W platinum hot-swap power supplies provide redundancy in a 2U form factor. A Broadcom 5720 quad-port 1 GbE OCP 3.0 card handles network connectivity, and iDRAC9 Datacenter enables remote lifecycle management. PCIe Gen5 slots are available for additional accelerators or networking, while Ready Rails and a front bezel simplify rack installation.

The H965i supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 for SAS, SATA and NVMe drives, and the server provides sixteen 2.5-inch hot-swap bays, so your current 2.5-inch SAS or SATA drives will be detected and can be configured immediately.
Open iDRAC9 Datacenter or enter the BIOS; the System Inventory page lists each CPU as a 16-core Gold 6426Y running at 2.5GHz with 4.1GHz turbo and shows 32GB of DDR5-4800 ECC registered memory installed across the 32 DIMM slots.
The box includes the 2U chassis with 2x Xeon Gold 6426Y CPUs, 32GB DDR5-4800, H965i with 8GB NV cache, 8x 2.5-inch drive trays, Broadcom 5720 quad-port 1GbE OCP 3.0 card, iDRAC9 Datacenter, 2x 1400W platinum PSUs, Ready Rails and front bezel. You must buy storage drives and any additional memory or PCIe cards separately.
