A 5U tower server with two 10-core Xeon Silver 4210 processors, 256GB DDR4 ECC memory, a PERC H330 controller, four 1.92TB SATA SSDs, dual gigabit networking, iDRAC 9 Express management.
The Dell PowerEdge T440 is a 5U tower server built for enterprise workloads such as virtualization, database hosting and software-defined storage. Two Intel Xeon Silver 4210 processors deliver twenty cores at 2.2 GHz with a 3.2 GHz turbo frequency. The platform supports up to two processors in LGA 3647 sockets and includes iDRAC 9 Express for remote management.
Installed memory totals 256 GB across eight 32 GB DDR4-2400 ECC registered DIMMs, leaving eight of the sixteen slots free for expansion to the 1 TB maximum. Storage is handled by a Dell PERC H330 12 Gb/s SAS/SATA controller connected to four 1.92 TB SATA 6 Gb/s 2.5 inch solid-state drives. The chassis provides sixteen 2.5 inch hot-swap bays, so additional SAS, SATA or SSD capacity can be added without downtime.
Dual 750 watt platinum-efficiency hot-plug power supplies provide full redundancy for continuous operation. An integrated dual-port Gigabit Ethernet adapter handles baseline network connectivity. The PERC H330 controller enables RAID configuration across the installed and future drives. Front bezel and ready rails are not included, and the optional rack conversion kit is required for rackmount deployment.

Yes, the sixteen 2.5-inch hot-swap bays accept both SATA and SAS drives, so your current SATA SSDs will work directly with the PERC H330 controller.
Check the iDRAC 9 Express System Overview or the BIOS POST screen; both will list two 10-core CPUs at 2.2 GHz and 256 GB of DDR4-2400 ECC registered memory.
Included are two Xeon Silver 4210 CPUs, eight 32 GB DDR4 modules, PERC H330 controller, four 1.92 TB SATA SSDs, dual 750 W PSUs, and bezel; rails and any extra drives or GPUs are not included.
