Precision 5570 mobile workstation

The Dell Precision 5570 is a 15.6-inch mobile workstation running Windows 11 Pro. It pairs a 12th-generation Intel Core i9 processor with an NVIDIA RTX A1000 GPU, 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB solid-state drive. The Full HD display resolves 1920 by 1080 pixels. The unit is listed as new but described as professionally reconditioned with moderate cosmetic wear.

Suited for professional ISV workloads

This configuration suits engineers and analysts who need certified drivers and ECC-capable memory pathways for CAD, BIM or data-science tasks. The 16 GB memory limit and single RTX A1000 make it less appropriate for buyers who need larger VRAM buffers or higher GPU compute throughput for complex simulation or rendering pipelines.

RTX A1000 dedicated graphics

The discrete NVIDIA RTX A1000 is the specification that determines fit. It provides professional driver certification and dedicated video memory for viewport acceleration. Integrated-only graphics configurations cannot deliver the same viewport performance for 3-D modelling or GPU-accelerated compute workloads.

Questions about this item

Will the 512 GB SSD and 16 GB RAM work with my existing USB-C dock?

The laptop provides USB ports for external docks, and the internal 512 GB SSD and 16 GB memory operate independently of any dock connection.

How can I confirm the Intel Core i9 12th Gen processor is running at its minimum 2.50 GHz speed after setup?

Open Task Manager in Windows 11 Pro, select the Performance tab, and observe the CPU frequency reading while the system is under load.

Does the box include the expansion or SD slot covers mentioned in the cosmetic notes?

The covers may not be present; the unit ships with the laptop, power adapter, and the Windows 11 Pro recovery image already installed on the 512 GB SSD.
