Dell Precision 7560 Workstation Laptop

The Dell Precision 7560 is a 15.6 inch mobile workstation built around an Intel Core i7-11800H processor with eight cores reaching 4.80 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 16 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD. A dedicated NVIDIA T1200 graphics card drives the non-touch FHD display at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Suited For Certified Apps Not For Thin Light Travel

This configuration suits engineers and analysts who run certified professional applications and need dedicated GPU acceleration on a 15.6 inch screen. The eight-core processor and T1200 graphics handle 3D modelling and simulation workloads. Buyers who prioritise minimal weight or all-day battery life away from power should look at ultraportable alternatives instead.

256 GB SSD Single Drive Capacity

The system includes a single 256 GB solid-state drive as its only internal storage. Users with large project libraries, local datasets or multiple virtual machines will need external or cloud storage to supplement the built-in capacity.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16 GB / 256 GB configuration or look for a larger capacity?

The listed unit ships with 16 GB memory and a 256 GB SSD; both are soldered or single-slot on this chassis, so upgrading later requires disassembly and may void support.

What does the 4.8 GHz turbo figure deliver in daily workloads?

The 8-core i7-11800H hits 4.8 GHz on short bursts, giving snappy response in CAD, compilation and video timeline scrubbing while staying within the 15.6" workstation thermal envelope.

Which external displays can the Thunderbolt 4 ports drive?

Each Thunderbolt 4 port supports one 8K or two 4K panels at 60 Hz, and the HDMI 2.1 and Mini DP 1.4 outputs add further multi-monitor flexibility.
