Replacement LCD back cover for Precision M2400

This assembly fits Dell Precision M2400 laptops that use a 14.1-inch CCFL display. It arrives new with the plastic lid, both hinges and the wireless antenna cables already installed. Buyers who need a part for an LED-backlit screen or a different model cannot use this cover.

CCFL-only compatibility constraint

The part works solely with CCFL LCD panels and will not fit LED-backlit variants of the same chassis. Dell part number RK146 must match the original sticker on the old cover. Systems with a different screen technology or a Precision M4400 unit require a separate assembly.

Verify screen type and part number before ordering

Confirm the existing laptop uses a CCFL screen and that the service tag lists RK146 as the correct spare. Opening the bezel to read the label avoids ordering a cover that will not align with the hinge brackets or antenna routing.
