Business laptop with touchscreen

The Dell Pro 16 PC16250 is a 16-inch Windows 11 Pro laptop built for professionals who need a responsive touchscreen and a numeric keypad. An Intel Core Ultra 7 255U processor with 12 cores and a 12 TOPS NPU runs up to 5.2 GHz for demanding business workflows. Platinum Silver chassis includes a backlit keyboard with a dedicated Copilot key.

Single-channel DDR5 at 5600 MT/s

Memory is configured as one 16 GB DDR5 module operating at 5600 MT/s, so the system runs in single-channel mode. This limits peak memory bandwidth compared to dual-channel layouts and the soldered design prevents any future capacity upgrade. Buyers who need more storage or higher sustained throughput should verify external drive options.

55 Wh battery with 65 W USB-C charging

A 3-cell 55 Wh battery supports ExpressCharge for rapid replenishment from the included 65 W USB-C adapter. Runtime under heavy load will be shorter than larger-capacity designs, so users who work full days away from power should plan for mid-day top-ups.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16 GB DDR5 5600 MT/s configuration or look for a higher-capacity option?

This unit ships with a single 16 GB DDR5 module at 5600 MT/s; adding a second matching stick would enable dual-channel bandwidth for heavier workloads.

What does the 5.2 GHz boost on the Core Ultra 7 255U mean for everyday business apps?

The processor can hit 5.2 GHz on up to 12 cores, so spreadsheet recalculations, video calls and large document loads stay responsive under burst loads.

How does Wi-Fi 6E perform on a typical office network compared with older standards?

Wi-Fi 6E adds the 6 GHz band for less congestion and lower latency, while Bluetooth 5.4 handles peripherals with improved range and stability.
