Server Identity

This is a 1U rack server built around two Intel Gold 6132 processors and 256GB of DDR4 memory. Six SAS SSDs of 1.92TB each sit behind an H730P controller, giving a dense all-flash array in an eight-bay chassis.

Fit and Limits

The system suits workloads that need many threads and fast local storage, such as virtualization hosts or database nodes. Buyers who need GPU compute, more than eight drive bays, or a different processor family should look elsewhere.

Deciding Spec

The installed CPU is a 14-core Gold 6132 running at 2.6GHz with 19.25M cache; if the application demands a higher core count per socket or a newer microarchitecture, this server will not meet that requirement.
