Dell Cheetah 15K.7 300GB SAS drive

This 3.5-inch SAS hard drive spins at 15000RPM and provides 300GB of storage. It includes a 16MB cache and ships with a PowerEdge server caddy. The drive is new with zero hours recorded.

Sustained 15000RPM operation

The 15K.7 platform maintains its rotational speed during continuous workloads rather than throttling after short bursts. A 6Gb/s SAS interface keeps throughput steady while the 16MB buffer absorbs write spikes. Lower average seek time reduces vibration during extended use.
