This replacement front cover bezel fits Dell Studio 1735 and 1737 series 17 inch laptops. The plastic trim surrounds the LCD panel and attaches to the top half of the chassis. It is a genuine Dell OEM part identified by part number NU487. The item is supplied new.

For owners repairing a cracked bezel

This part suits anyone restoring a Dell Studio 1735 or 1737 where the original front plastic is damaged or missing. It is not suitable for models that require the integrated webcam window, as this cover lacks the camera port cutout. Buyers with different Dell 17 inch series should verify their specific part number before purchase.

Part number NU487 confirms compatibility

The Dell part number NU487 is the definitive identifier for this specific front cover variant. Matching this number to the label on the original bezel ensures the correct fit for the laptop model. No other specification determines whether this component will install correctly.
