OEM Imaging Drum for Dell 1720

The Dell TJ987 is an original equipment manufacturer imaging drum rated for up to 30,000 pages. It is designed for the Dell Laser Printer 1720dn and supplies black output only. The unit arrives new and is sold as a single component. Installation is straightforward so downtime stays minimal.

Best fit for Dell 1720dn owners

This drum suits anyone running a Dell 1720dn who needs a factory-spec replacement with a 30,000-page duty cycle. It is not for users of other Dell printers or non-Dell hardware, nor for anyone needing colour printing capability. Buyers who want a toner cartridge instead of a drum should look elsewhere.

30,000-page rated yield

The decisive specification is the 30,000-page duty cycle, which determines how long the drum lasts before print quality declines. Match that figure to your monthly volume to decide if this high-yield OEM unit is the right part.
