Genuine Dell Vostro 1220 LCD back cover

This genuine Dell replacement lid assembly fits the Vostro 1220 notebook with a 12.1 inch LED-backlit screen. The red plastic cover includes integrated hinges and wireless antenna cables. It restores the original appearance and structural integrity of the display panel. Part number R532R identifies this specific component.

Verify LED-backlit screen before purchase

This cover is compatible only with Vostro 1220 systems equipped with an LED-backlit LCD screen. It will not fit models using a CCFL backlight or other display variants. Confirm the screen type and match the Dell part number R532R on your existing lid to ensure correct fitment. Contact the seller if you are uncertain which cover your unit requires.

Integrated hinges and antenna cables included

The assembly arrives with hinges and wireless antenna cables pre-installed inside the red plastic shell. This eliminates the need to salvage or transfer those delicate parts from the damaged lid. Installation time is reduced because the critical sub-components are already seated and aligned. The bundle provides a complete top-lid solution in one piece.
