DELL Vostro 1220 Red Base Bottom Plastic Y744R RED Dell OEM

SKU CH-FJEA-MY7G5

Red base bottom plastic for Dell Vostro 1220 laptops, genuine OEM part number Y744R with battery spring latch included

  • Genuine Dell OEM replacement base for Vostro 1220
  • Red colour matches original laptop chassis finish
  • Includes battery spring latch for secure battery fit
  • Doors and screws not included — reuse existing hardware
  • DC jack and cable not included — transfer from old base

Genuine Dell Vostro 1220 Base Cover

This genuine Dell OEM base bottom plastic replaces the lower chassis on a Vostro 1220 laptop. It arrives in red and includes the battery spring latch shown in the supplier image. The DC jack, cable, doors and screws are not included.

Red Plastic Chassis with Latch

The red plastic shell restores the original exterior colour and structural mounting points for the Vostro 1220. Because the battery spring latch is fitted, the battery locks securely once the cover is screwed down. Missing doors and screws mean the installer must reuse existing hardware or source replacements separately.

Direct Replacement for Cracked Lower Case

This part fits only the Dell Vostro 1220 and replaces a damaged or discoloured base assembly. The jump is worth it when the original plastic is cracked around the hinges or the battery latch has failed. Buyers needing a different colour, a complete bottom assembly with ports, or a chassis for another model cannot use this item.
