Genuine Dell OEM touchpad ribbon cable for Vostro

This genuine Dell OEM ribbon cable connects the touchpad assembly inside the Vostro 15 5568 laptop. It carries the Dell part number 9FVRP and matches the alternative references BKD50 and NBX00020700. The flex circuit restores the pointing device link when the original ribbon is torn or disconnected.

Designed for a single model, not a universal spare

The cable fits only the Vostro 15 5568; it will not align with other Dell 15-inch chassis or earlier Vostro generations. Installers must open the palm-rest assembly and route the fragile flex through the hinge channel, so the repair suits technicians comfortable with laptop disassembly rather than first-time upgraders.

Questions about this item

Does the 9FVRP ribbon cable generate any heat or noise when the Vostro 15 5568 runs all day?

No, the 9FVRP ribbon cable is a passive flex circuit with no active components, so it produces no heat and makes no noise during continuous operation.

What existing hardware must I already have in the laptop for the 9FVRP cable to function?

You need a Dell Vostro 15 5568 chassis with the original touchpad assembly and motherboard connector intact so the 9FVRP ribbon can seat correctly.
