Replacement Power Button Cover for Vostro 1500

This new OEM cover assembly restores the centre control panel on a Dell Vostro 1500 laptop. It fits the original mounting points and matches the factory finish. The part is intended for owners repairing a cracked or missing button surround. Buyers needing a full palm-rest assembly or a different model’s bezel will not find a match here.

Part Number NW690 Identifies the Exact Fit

The assembly carries Dell part number NW690 and is built for the Vostro 1500 chassis only. It covers the power button and adjacent centre-control area without additional brackets. Installers should verify the existing part number before ordering. Systems other than the Vostro 1500 are not supported by this component.

Press the cover — the power button beneath should click cleanly and start the Vostro 1500 immediately, with no sticking or loose movement.
