Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions and weight of this XPS 13?

The laptop measures 11.62 inches wide, 7.84 inches deep, and .58 inches thick, weighing 2.6 lb.

How is the Snapdragon X Elite processor cooled in this thin chassis, and what mistake should I avoid?

It uses a fanless vapour-chamber design; do not block the rear hinge vents or place the unit on soft surfaces that trap heat.

The 55 WHr battery is integrated — when capacity drops, what is the replacement process?

The 3-cell pack is not user-serviceable; a Dell-authorised service centre must replace the entire top-case assembly.
