17-inch XPS 9730 workstation

The Dell XPS 9730 is a 17.0-inch laptop built around a 14-core Intel Core i9-13900H processor that reaches 5.4 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 64GB of memory and a 512GB SSD, driven by Windows 11 Pro. A dedicated GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU with 8GB GDDR6X graphics memory handles visual workloads on the 1920x1200 non-touch display.

Suited for mobile creators needing GPU power

This configuration fits professionals who edit video, render 3D scenes or train models away from a desk. The 64GB memory ceiling and RTX 4070 give headroom for large timelines and datasets. Buyers who want more internal storage than 512GB or who prefer a touchscreen for direct input should look at something else.

RTX 4070 with 8GB GDDR6X decides fit

The discrete GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU and its 8GB GDDR6X frame buffer are the single spec that determines whether this machine meets a workload. If the target applications need more VRAM or a higher GPU tier, this unit will not satisfy them.
