Deltana Enterprises 4.5 in Square Solid Brass Hinge Pair 4 Ball Bearing Oil Rubbed Bronze

Solid Brass Hinge Pair

The Deltana Enterprises 4.5 in square hinge pair is made from solid brass with an oil-rubbed bronze finish. Each leaf measures 4.5 in by 4.5 in and the set contains two hinges. They suit residential or light commercial doors that require a traditional square-corner profile.

Four Ball-Bearing Installation

Four ball bearings per hinge reduce friction and support smooth, quiet operation over time. The hinges mount with standard wood screws into mortised recesses; the square corners must match the door and frame cut-outs exactly. Misaligned mortises cause binding and uneven gaps that the bearings cannot compensate for.

4.5 Inch Square Dimension

The critical specification is the 4.5 in square leaf size, which determines mortise compatibility. Doors prepared for a different hinge height or radius corner will not accept this pair without re-routing. Verify the existing cut-out dimensions before ordering.
