Solid Brass Baseboard Door Bumper

The Deltana BDS450U26D is a solid brass baseboard door bumper finished in satin chrome. It mounts to the skirting board to protect walls from door handle impact. The unit ships in an individual poly bag with three base shims and two-inch mounting screws. Both grey and white rubber tips are included for immediate installation.

4-1/2 Inch Extension and Finish

The bumper projects four and a half inches from the mounting surface to catch the door before it reaches the wall. Solid brass construction resists corrosion and maintains its shape under repeated contact. The satin chrome finish provides a low-glare surface that coordinates with common bathroom and kitchen fixtures. No moving parts or lubrication points are present.

Fixed Projection for Standard Clearance

Under sustained daily use the fixed projection does not change and the rubber tips absorb impact without marking the door. The solid brass body will not bend or compress over time, so the stopping distance remains constant. Installers who need adjustable reach or a shorter profile should select a different model. The supplied shims allow minor height alignment only.
