42-Inch Plug-In Outdoor Ceiling Fan

The Depuley 42-inch outdoor ceiling fan plugs into a standard 120-volt outlet using a 16-foot cable and draws 28 watts from its brushless DC motor. Five silver ABS blades span 44 inches or less and mount 15 inches below the hook. The silver metal housing suits covered patios, gazebos and indoor spaces where hard-wiring is not practical.

Suits Renters and Temporary Setups

Hook mounting and the long plug-in cord let you hang the fan from existing ceiling hooks or sloped ceilings up to 15 degrees without an electrician. It is not for buyers who need a permanently wired fixture, wet-location rating for open decks, or a larger blade span for high ceilings.

Remote and App Control Changes Daily Use

The handheld remote and companion app separate fan and light functions, offering six speeds, three LED colour temperatures, reversible airflow, timer, speed memory and a natural-breeze mode. You can adjust comfort from a seat without climbing a ladder, and the settings persist after power cycles.

Questions about this item

What ceiling hook or mounting hardware do I need to hang this 42-inch fan?

The fan uses a hanging hook type installation and includes a 16-foot plug-in cable; you must supply a suitable ceiling hook or anchor rated for the fan's weight.

Can I run this 28-watt brushless DC fan on the same 120-volt circuit as my older patio lights?

Yes, it draws 28 watts at 120 volts, so it adds minimal load to a standard household circuit shared with existing lighting.

How do I confirm the fan and light are responding correctly after I pair the remote and app?

Use the remote or app to cycle through all six wind speeds, test each of the three LED colour options, engage reversible mode and set a timer; each function should activate immediately.
