Redragon K556 104-key fit

This transparent acrylic cover is cut to the internal dimensions of 16.9 by 4.7 by 0.6 inches so it sits flush on the Redragon K556 mechanical keyboard. The bulged sides let you lift the lid without prying. It shields the 104 keys from dust, cat hair and accidental knocks while keeping the backlight visible.

Thermals noise power

The half-covered design leaves the top open, so heat from the keyboard escapes naturally and no fan noise is added. Acrylic does not draw power and adds only 0.349 kilograms, so the typing feel and USB power draw stay unchanged. Routine cleaning is a quick wipe of the smooth surface.

Accessory impact

The package supplies the single cover only; no mounting hardware, cleaning cloth or software is included. The precise cut-outs and side bulges are the only functional additions — they enable fast removal and a secure fit. Buyers who need a full enclosure or a different keyboard layout will not be served by this model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Desing Wish cover on my Redragon K556 104-key keyboard, and what step do people often miss?

Place the cover over the keyboard so the internal 16.9 x 4.7 x 0.6 inch space aligns with the 104 keys, then use the side bulges to lift and seat it fully; the step often missed is ensuring the bulges click into the keyboard grooves so the cover sits flush.

What maintenance will this acrylic cover need over time?

Wipe the transparent acrylic surface periodically with a damp cloth to remove cat hair, dust and stains; the water-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane material tolerates regular cleaning without degrading.

What is the first limit I will hit if I leave the cover on during long gaming sessions?

The 0.1 inch thickness and half-covered design restrict heat dissipation from the Redragon K556, so sustained high-load use may cause the keyboard to run warmer than without the cover.
