Desky Universal Laptop Mount White 10-17" VESA 75/100mm 11 lbs

Universal Laptop Mount for VESA Arms

The Desky Universal Laptop Mount fits laptops from 10 to 17 inches and attaches to any monitor arm with VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm plates. Adjustable clamping arms with soft foam padding grip the device securely without scratching the finish. It supports a load of up to 11 lbs, covering most ultrabooks, Chromebooks and mobile workstations. The open aluminium tray promotes airflow around the chassis.

Sustained Load Behaviour on a Monitor Arm

The ventilated tray allows continuous passive airflow while the laptop runs demanding tasks, helping to limit thermal throttling over long sessions. Aluminium construction and the padded clamps keep the device stable when the arm is tilted or rotated, preventing the gradual shift that can occur with lighter plastic brackets. The mount itself is rated for 19.8 lbs on the arm, so the 11 lb laptop limit stays well within structural margins during all-day use.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

Passive cooling adds no fan noise and draws no power, leaving the laptop's own thermal solution in full control. The open-grid platform lets hot exhaust escape upward instead of pooling under the chassis, which can reduce surface temperatures during typical office workloads. Because the mount has no moving parts or electronics, it introduces zero acoustic or electrical load to the workstation.
