Product identity

Serious Sam Classics: Revolution is a downloadable PC game published by Devolver Digital and developed by Croteam and Alligator Pit. It delivers a unified version of the original first and second encounters through the Steam platform. The title targets players who want classic arcade shooter action with modern engine updates.

Capacity and headroom

The package includes both classic campaigns plus eight brand new maps and an additional boss fight. It runs on an updated Serious Engine 1 with full 64-bit compatibility and advanced graphics shader support. Minimum requirements are modest, asking only for a 650 MHz processor, 256 MB RAM and OpenGL 1.1 graphics. Very old hardware will struggle with the new content and updated rendering pipeline.

Upgrade path and value

The product replaces the separate classic releases by merging them into a single standalone title with extra maps, enemies and Steamworks integration. Owners of the original classic editions gain new campaign content and 64-bit support without purchasing separate updates. Buyers who want only the original unmodified campaigns do not need this version.
