A downloadable action adventure for PC

Skate Story is a downloadable game published by Devolver Digital and developed by Sam Eng. It arrives as a Steam activation code for Windows PCs. Players take on the role of a glass-and-pain demon skating through the Underworld to fulfil a bargain with the Devil.

Windows 10 64-bit minimum specification

The title requires a 64-bit processor and Windows 10. Minimum hardware calls for an Intel Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600. A Steam account is mandatory for activation and installation, tying the licence to Valve's platform.

Nine Underworld layers and trick-based progression

The campaign spans nine distinct layers of the Emptylands, each filled with waxed ledges, unholy gaps and demonic foes. Mastering ollies, kickflips and grinds unlocks new paths and story beats. No extra peripherals or companion apps are bundled with the code.

Questions about this item

How do I install Skate Story using the Steam code on Windows 10?

Redeem the code in the Steam client, then download and install the game; the step people miss is ensuring the OS is the 64-bit edition of Windows 10 before starting.

Will Skate Story require any future downloads or updates after the initial install?

Yes, Steam will automatically deliver patches and content updates as the developer releases them, so the game will need periodic downloads over time.

What hardware limit will I hit first when playing Skate Story for long sessions?

The minimum spec calls for an Intel Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor, so sustained performance will be bounded by that CPU tier.
