What GRIS Is & Who It’s For

GRIS is a downloadable adventure game published by Devolver Digital and developed by Nomada Studio. It arrives as a Steam code for PC, model 80264, and was released on 13 December 2018. The experience follows a hopeful young girl navigating a faded reality where her dress grants new abilities to explore a serene, hand-drawn world without danger, frustration or death.

Players Seeking Calm Exploration vs Those Needing

The game suits players who value atmospheric storytelling, light puzzles and platforming presented through universal icons rather than text, making it accessible across languages. It is not for buyers who want combat, survival mechanics, fast-paced reflex challenges or multiplayer modes, nor for anyone whose region appears on the blocked-country list that prevents Steam activation.

Steam DRM & Regional Activation Limits

Activation requires a Steam account and is restricted to select countries; the blocked list includes AF, BY, CF, CD, CU, IR, IQ, KP, LB, LY, MM, RU, SO, SD, SY, UA, VE, YE, ZW and SS. Minimum Windows specs call for Windows 7 or later, an Intel Core2 Duo E6750 or AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ processor and 64-bit OS support.
