Mini mandoline for ginger and garlic

The Dexprosy TB0122 is a handheld food processor that slices, juliennes and grinds in one compact tool. It is built for cooks who need fine cuts of ginger, garlic or similar vegetables without a full-size appliance. The manual operation and integrated container keep preparation contained on any countertop or campsite table. Buyers who want motorised chopping or large-batch capacity will need a different device.

Hand-wash only with stainless blades

The ABS body and stainless steel blades are designed for hand washing only; no dishwasher cycle is recommended. Because the slicer is entirely manual, it draws no power and produces no motor noise during use. The compact dimensions of 6.06 L x 1.97 W x 1.57 H inches and a weight of .3 pounds mean it adds negligible bulk to a picnic pack. Heat generation is not a factor with this non-electric design.

Safety guard and container included

A finger guard ships in the box to protect hands while the blade is engaged. The attached container catches sliced or grated ingredients directly, reducing cleanup on outdoor trips. No batteries, charging cables or software are supplied or required. Users who expect automated slicing programmes or interchangeable blade cartridges will not find them here.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the TB0122 for the first cut, and what step is most often missed?

Place the container on a stable surface, insert the desired blade cartridge into the ABS body until it clicks, position food in the safety guard, then slide the guard along the blade. The step most often missed is confirming the blade cartridge is fully locked before applying pressure.

What ongoing care does the TB0122 require, and which part will need replacement first?

Hand-wash the ABS body, stainless steel blades, and safety guard after each use; dry thoroughly. The stainless steel cutting edges will dull over time and are the first components to require replacement.

What limit appears first when using the TB0122 continuously for a large batch?

The 0.3 lb lightweight ABS body and 1.57 in height limit leverage, so hand fatigue and the small container capacity become the limiting factors before the manual mechanism itself.
