1/64 scale CAT D6R tractor

This 1/64 scale diecast model replicates the CAT Caterpillar D6R Track-Type Tractor with officially licensed markings and colours. It features a detailed interior and exterior, clear cab windows and real rubber caterpillar treads. The model is made of diecast metal with some plastic parts and includes free-rolling segmented PVC tracks. It comes in a window display box.

Moving parts upgrade

Unlike static display pieces, this model has moving parts including the free-rolling tracks that allow it to be pushed along surfaces. The jump is worth it for collectors who want functional track movement combined with detailed cab interior visibility. The segmented PVC treads provide realistic texture while maintaining smooth rolling action across flat areas.

Collectors seeking licensed detail

This suits adult collectors who want an officially licensed CAT replica with authentic rubber treads and detailed cab interior in 1/64 scale. The window box packaging allows display without opening. Buyers who need opening compartments such as engine covers or blade articulation should look elsewhere as this model does not have any openings.

Questions about this item

What are the overall dimensions of the 1/64 scale model?

The diecast tractor measures approximately 4.125 inches long, 2 inches wide and 1.125 inches high.

How do I display the model without damaging the rubber tracks?

Keep the model on its window-box base or a flat shelf; the free-rolling segmented PVC tracks are not designed to support weight on carpet or uneven surfaces.

Will the rubber caterpillar treads need replacement over time?

The real rubber tracks are fixed and not user-replaceable; avoid stretching them and store the model away from direct heat to prevent cracking.
