95W LNBF for International Packages

The DIRECTV DTV36LNB is a new 95W low-noise block feedhorn built for DIRECTV international channel packages. It receives Brazilian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Filipino, Greek, Korean, Polish, Russian, South Asian and Vietnamese programming. This universal LNBF mounts on a compatible satellite dish to deliver those specific feeds.

Replaces older LNBFs for 95W orbital slot

This unit replaces an existing LNBF that cannot access the 95W orbital location carrying the listed international packages. The upgrade is worth it when a household wants those language-specific channels and the current hardware is limited to domestic satellites. It does not add channels from other orbital positions or replace a multi-satellite switch.

Limited to 95W Ku-band signals only

The LNBF receives Ku-band signals from the 95W orbital slot and outputs a standard IF range for a DIRECTV receiver. It will not receive C-band, Ka-band or signals from other orbital locations. A clear line of sight to the 95W satellite is required; heavy rain fade or obstructions will interrupt reception.
