Concentrated floor cleaner for hard surfaces

This concentrated liquid floor cleaner comes in a one-gallon jug and is designed for use on ceramic, concrete, stone, laminate, vinyl and wood floors. It dilutes at ratios from 1:14 to 1:20 for economical daily maintenance. The formula dries in five to ten minutes and carries a neutral pH of nine.

Suited for routine maintenance of sealed hard floors

Facilities that need a single product for multiple floor types will find this jug practical. It is not intended for carpet extraction or for surfaces that require an acidic or high-alkaline cleaner. Users without automatic scrubbing equipment should note the recommended brush-speed limit.

Dilution ratio 1:14 to 1:20 determines coverage

The recommended dilution range of 1:14 to 1:20 is the key figure for calculating how many gallons of ready-to-use solution each jug yields. Buyers should verify that this concentration meets their facility’s cleaning specifications before purchasing.

How much heat or fumes does the Diversey 94033110 release when used continuously throughout a shift?

The liquid is nonflammable with a flash point greater than 200 degrees F, so it produces no significant heat or hazardous fumes during extended daily use.

What equipment must I already own to apply the Diversey 94033110 at the recommended 1:14 to 1:20 dilution?

You need a measuring container for concentrate, a mop bucket or auto-scrubber tank for the diluted solution, and a mop or a machine brush that runs at up to 1,500 RPM.

Will the pH 9 formula damage the older marble, terrazzo or wood floors I plan to keep?

The neutral pH 9 concentrate is approved for marble, terrazzo, wood and the other listed surfaces when diluted 1:14 to 1:20 and allowed to dry in 5 to 10 minutes.
