Fryer Boil-Out Cleaner 36-Pack

Break-Up Fryer Boil-Out comes in a carton of 36 individual 2-oz packets. The liquid degreaser penetrates and emulsifies built-up grease inside commercial fryers. It prevents boil-over during the cleaning cycle and eliminates the need for a separate neutralizing step. The formula is noncorrosive to equipment surfaces.

Verify Fryer Compatibility

Confirm that your fryer manufacturer permits liquid boil-out chemicals before use. Ensure the vessel can hold the required water volume for a full boil cycle with one packet. Check that drainage and ventilation meet local safety codes for heated cleaning solutions. No specific fryer models or capacity limits are listed in the product data.

Commercial Kitchen Maintenance

This pack suits operators who run scheduled boil-outs across multiple fryers and want pre-measured portions for consistency. It is not intended for cold-surface degreasing or general kitchen cleaning tasks. Buyers needing a different packet concentration or a non-liquid format should look at alternative products.
