28 oz Deep-Dish Capacity

These Dixie Ultra plates hold 28 ounces and measure 9.6 inches across with a 2.999 inch depth. The extra-deep profile keeps chili, spaghetti and stews contained during heavy meals. A pack supplies 40 disposable plates in an Indigo finish.

Microwave-Safe Convenience

Each plate is microwave safe and cut resistant so leftovers can be reheated and steak can be sliced directly on the surface. The Soak Proof Shield resists grease and dressing without leaking. Composting is available except in California where facilities do not accept them.

Single-Use Limitation

Designed for disposal after one use, the plates are not dishwasher safe and cannot be reused. Buyers who need washable dinnerware or a permanent table setting will find the product unsuitable. The 40-count pack covers occasional gatherings but not daily service over long periods.

Questions about this item

How can I tell the 28 oz deep-dish plates are holding up after microwaving a heavy meal?

The plate should stay rigid with no sagging or leakage when lifted, and the Soak Proof Shield keeps grease from soaking through.

What comes in the 40-count pack and is anything else needed to use them?

The pack contains 40 indigo round paper plates measuring 9.6 in diameter by 2.999 in deep; no extra items are required.

Which version of the Dixie Ultra 28 oz plate should I choose for composting?

All Dixie Ultra 28 oz plates share the same compostable construction except in California, so the 40-count indigo pack works wherever composting is accepted.
