8 Megapixel 4K Webcam for Meetings and Streaming
The DJI C950 E3133 captures video up to 4K at 30 frames per second and 1080p at 60 frames per second. An 8 megapixel CMOS sensor feeds YUY2 or MJPEG streams over USB 2.0. Phase-detection autofocus locks on subjects between four inches and ten feet. A 70 degree field of view frames the user while limiting background distractions. Built-in omnidirectional microphones record AAC or MP3 audio up to six feet away.
USB 2.0 Bandwidth Limits Resolution and Frame Rate
The USB 2.0 interface caps sustained throughput, so 4K output is restricted to 30 frames per second while 1080p reaches 60 frames per second. YUY2 and MJPEG compression keep data rates within the bus limit. Plug-and-play operation requires no extra drivers on Windows or macOS. The fixed cable ends in a standard USB-A connector. No onboard storage exists; recordings rely entirely on the host computer.
Upgrades Basic 720p or Fixed-Focus Cameras
This webcam replaces low-resolution built-in lenses and fixed-focus USB cameras that struggle in dim rooms. The jump is worth it when autofocus speed, 1080p60 smoothness, or 4K clarity matter for calls, classes or streams. Buyers who need a tripod mount, a wider field of view, or wireless connectivity will not find those features here. The physical privacy cover slides shut for instant lens blocking.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the 4K@30FPS or 1080P@60FPS mode for my calls?
Choose 4K@30FPS for maximum detail in well-lit rooms; switch to 1080P@60FPS when you need smoother motion for streaming or fast movement.
What does the 8-megapixel 4K sensor actually deliver on my computer?
The sensor captures up to 4K resolution, but the USB 2.0 link limits live output to 1080P@60FPS or 4K@30FPS depending on the app and lighting.
How does the USB 2.0 connection limit what the webcam can do?
USB 2.0 bandwidth caps the stream at 1080P@60FPS or 4K@30FPS, so higher uncompressed formats are not possible over this interface.
