Capture Card Pro+ 1080P USB 2.0
The DJI Video Capture Card Pro+ is a USB 2.0 video capturing device designed to digitise analogue sources such as VHS, VCR, Hi8 and mini DV tapes. It targets users who want to preserve older recordings on Windows, Mac OS or Android systems without installing proprietary drivers.
Analogue inputs and driverless operation
The unit accepts composite RCA video and automatically detects NTSC, PAL and PAL/60 signals. Capture resolution reaches 1920x1080 in MJPEG or 720x576 in YUV422 depending on the source, and the device draws power directly from the USB 2.0 connection so no external supply is required.
System requirements and software choices
Your computer must meet the minimum specification of an Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor, 512 MB RAM and 100 MB free disk space. Supported operating systems include Windows XP or later, Mac OS 10.15 or later and Android 5.0 or later. Recording and streaming work with OBS, PotPlayer or QuickTime Player, but the device does not edit video.

Questions about this item
What resolution does the USB 2.0 interface cap the capture at in practice?
The USB 2.0 connection supports up to 1920×1080 MJPEG or 720×576 YUV capture; actual resolution depends on the analogue video source.
What cables and space does the device need to fit into my setup?
It ships with an RCA cable and measures 20 cm end to end, so allow a free USB-A port and a short run from your VCR or camcorder.
How is the card installed and what step do people miss?
Plug the USB 2.0 dongle in, connect the RCA leads to the source, then select “USB Video” and “USB Digital Audio” in OBS or QuickTime — skipping the audio source selection is the common mistake.
