White nylon cable clamps secure 1/2-inch bundles and mount with 0.2031-inch holes, supplied in a 100-piece pack
The Dolphin Components DC-1/2N conduit secures cables with a 1/2 in clamping diameter. Made from 6/6 nylon, it fits a 0.2031 in mounting hole. The clamp band is 1/2 in wide and 0.063 in thick. Supplied in a 100-piece pack for professional wiring jobs.
This clamp upgrades installations where cables shift under vibration. The rigid nylon band holds a 1/2 in bundle firmly without cutting insulation. The jump is worth it when a permanent, screw-mounted fixing is required instead of temporary straps.
The clamp only accepts bundles up to 1/2 in, so larger looms need a different size. It requires a drilled hole for the 0.2031 in mounting screw. Operating range is 40 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. No adhesive backing or snap-in feature is provided.

Each clamp has a mounting hole diameter of 0.2031 in, so a #10 or M5 screw fits. Drill the panel to that size before fastening.
Insert the screw through the 0.2031 in hole, position the 1/2 in band around the bundle, and tighten by hand. Over-torquing splits the 0.063 in thick clamp wall.
The 6/6 nylon is rated for 40 to 85 °F. Above that range the material loses flexibility and may need replacement sooner.
